I've been visiting here for breakfast and lunch frequently, with my grandparents, for years. We walk in to hello's from the normal crowd and the owner, Bill, who always asks about whatever it was we mentioned to him last time. The atmosphere isn't that of a modern business- it has it's own character, and lots of it. The food is always phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Hands down the best pancakes and turkey club's in town.

I love this place! It's like waling back into 1975. Very nice staff and diner food. I had a delicious BLT. So good. And cheap!

Eating at DeStarrs is like taking a step back in time! Great food, friendly old school service with a smile! I have eaten just about everything on the menu and just love the food. Breakfast is fantastic and the tatzki and Greek salad for lunch are wonderful. You cannot go wrong with any of the turkey dishes as always fresh roasted. The specials are wonderful too.

Ugh, what a bad Gyro. I gave this place 1 Star because the people are very nice, but the food is not good. From what I read I expected this place to have a spit with the meat on cooking and them slicing off pieces for a Gyro. What I got was 2 pre-packaged slabs of something that didn't taste anything like the lamb mixture I was expecting. Sitting atop these 2 pieces were 2 slices of tomatoes that had no taste. How you can serve tasteless tomatoes in July I'm not sure. On the bottom was a large dollop of watery Tzatziki sauce. If you're in West Chester stop in at Mythos which has much better Gyro's or go to Kabob Cafe off 202. Sorry to write this when the people were so nice, but it is about the food.
